How to Get Here
Fly into Christchurch International or Blenheim Domestic Airports for easy road or helicopter connections. Kaikōura is 2 hours and 15 minutes from Christchurch, 2.5 hours from Picton, and 2 hours from Blenheim via State Highway 1. Route 70 offers a scenic inland option.
Transportation & Check-In
If you aren’t travelling in your own vehicle, once in Kaikōura, Kaikoura Shuttles, Kaikoura Helicopters, and South Pacific Helicopters offer direct transfers. Check-in and check-out times are flexible and can be arranged individually — we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
